The Shoppes of Weston changed hands for $10 million.

Hollywood-based 6767 Sunset Plaza sold the 21,000-square-foot retail center at 1908-1952 Weston Road in a transaction recorded on Wednesday, according to Broward County records. The Ronen Armony-managed company paid $7.9 million for the 2.5-acre property in June 2009.

SVS Weston of Aventura is the buyer. The company received a $5.5 million loan from Banco Popular North America for the purchase.

Tenants include La Granja Latin Cuisine, Miyoko Sushi and Pill Box Pharmacy. CBRE’s David Donnellan and Patti Friend represented the seller in the transaction. — Eric Kalis
