Integra Investments plans Bay Harbor Islands condo

Developer Integra Investments plans to build a luxury condo project in Bay Harbor Islands.

Integra revealed its plans for Sereno, a waterfront eight-story, 40-unit building at 10201 East Bay Harbor Drive, in a written statement released on Wednesday. Steven G. is on board to handle interior design work. Features include a rooftop pool and amenity deck, fitness center and access to a marina.

Unit sizes range from 1,100 to 2,300 square feet. Prices start at $700,000, with select condos asking up to $2 million. Integra hopes to complete Sereno by summer 2016.

Presales began earlier this month. Sales director Ivan Ramirez and Key International Realty are leading sales efforts.
