Developer Claudio Stivelman is moving into the Muse, a building he is co-developing.

The move means that he is leaving the 11,000-square-foot home he spent five years building in Golden Beach. That house featured six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a movie theater, a wine cellar and a 37-yard-long swimming pool, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Stivelman told the Journal that he began to tire of the small army of workers he had to employ to keep up his dream home. The staff included two housekeepers, a weekly handyman and regular visits from a pool guy, landscaper and pesticide sprayer.

“One thing you get tired of is all this maintenance,” he said. “It comes to a point where you say, ‘enough is enough.'” [WSJ]Christopher Cameron
