Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort will open summer 2015. The resort will feature several Jimmy Buffett lyric-inspired venues.

The bars and restaurants include Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, LandShark Bar & Grill, License to Chill Rooftop Bar, Lone Palm Bar and the 5 o’clock Somewhere Bar, according to the South Florida Business Journal.

Developers also announced that a Margaritaville-inspired upscale dining room named JWB’s will also open at the resort.

The $147-million project will sit on 5 acres of land at Johnson Street and A1A in Hollywood. Tishman Construction is working with Coastal Construction and developer Lon Tabatchnick to build the 845,000 square-foot resort. [SFBJ] – Christopher Cameron
