Miami Heat superstar Chris Bosh received a $12 million loan for his waterfront Miami Beach mansion, The Real Deal has learned.

The power forward obtained the 15-year mortgage from Bank of America in a transaction recorded on Monday, according to Miami-Dade County records. Bosh paid $12.3 million for the 6396 North Bay Road home in September 2010. The two-time NBA champion signed a new five-year contract with the Heat in July.

Bosh’s six-bedroom, 12,000-square-foot mansion topped Bleacher Report’s March list of the five most expensive homes owned by professional basketball players. A $9.4 million California home he owns was third on the list.

The nine-time All-Star’s wife, Adrienne, had to quash rumors that the couple was looking to sell the North Bay Road manse in June 2013.
