A year after buying a $10.2 million oceanfront villa, West Palm Beach-based auto dealer Charles Schumacher sold his oceanfront estate in an $11.73 million deal.
The roughly 12,000-square-foot mansion, located at 11596 Turtle Beach Road in North Palm Beach, includes seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms on almost an acre, according to the Daily Business Review.
The home features marble floors, a loggia off the master suite, an infinity pool overlooking the ocean and a gourmet chef’s kitchen.
The buyer was Patricia Dickey, a trustee of the Patricia A. Dickey Declaration of Trust.
In August 2013, Schumacher paid $10.2 million to developer Robert Miller for Vita Serena, an oceanfront, 1920s Italian-style villa with tennis courts and 60-foot swimming pool on nearly two acres at 105 Clarendon Avenue in Palm Beach. [Daily Business Review] – Christopher Cameron
