New Miami industrial facility finished, ready for tenants

An industrial building at Airport North Logistics Park has hit the leasing market.

Just one year after L&B Realty Advisors broke ground on the project, Building One is now complete and ready for tenants, according to Cushman & Wakefield’s Wayne Ramoski and Gian Rodriguez, who are marketing the property.

The roughly 255,900-square-foot building is the first of four to be built at the 44.5-acre site, located in the northeast quadrant of Northwest 74th Street and Northwest 82nd Avenue at 8501 Northwest 80th Street.

“Prospective tenant interest in the site has been strong,” said Casey Griffis, an associate director with L&B. “And now that we have a new road to the site, four walls and a roof, I expect that to lead us to our first tenant fairly soon.” – Christopher Cameron
