Blackstone picked up an LA Fitness-anchored shopping plaza west of Boynton Beach for $12 million.

Cole MT Lake Worth, an affiliate of Phoenix-based REIT American Realty Capital Properties, sold the property, located at 8888 Lantana Road and 6022 Lyons Road, according to the South Florida Business Journal

The 61,872-square-foot shopping center last traded for $10.5 million in April 2012. It was built in 2004. [South Florida Business Journal] – Christopher Cameron
