It looks like Dustin Johnson had a legitimate reason for reportedly delisting his Jupiter mansion earlier this month: the suspended golf star already had a deal in place to sell the property, The Real Deal has learned.
Johnson got $5.2 million for the 5299 Pennock Point home on Monday, according to Palm Beach County records. He bought the Loxahatchee River-fronting property for $3.7 million in 2011. The six-bedroom, 12,200-square-foot house was constructed in 2007.
Alexandre Ismail is the buyer. Ismail is the president and CEO of Honeywell Automation and Control Solutions. No financing was recorded.
Johnson was marketing the property with a $6.5 million asking price. Features include a media room, outdoor loggia, pool, outdoor fireplace and large putting green.
