CNL Commercial Real Estate hires a principal, Alder Realty Services adds two financial advisors

Susan Finn Alpert and Randy Olen

CNL Commercial Real Estate, a brokerage firm that also handles investment and development services, continued its push into the local market with the hire of Randy Olen as principal of its South Florida office. Olen previously acted as executive vice president of Colliers International South Florida. He will manage the company’s Miami metro area retail and industrial brokerage platform.

Alder Realty Services hired financial real estate advisors Christina Nanan and Cary Calderin. Nanan is focusing on investment sales and third-party representation, while Calderin is responsible for negotiating and orchestrating real estate transactions for third-party clients, working with the loan officers, closing agencies and other parties.

Susan Finn Alpert joined commercial real estate firm NAI Miami and will focus on business development. Alpert, an active member of the South Florida community, is a licensed real estate salesperson and a registered nurse. She has more than 40 years of medical, marketing, public relations, office administration and real estate experience. – Katherine Kallergis
