Sun Sentinel to lease 15K-square-foot flex space

The Sun-Sentinel Company is leasing nearly 15,000 square feet of flex space in Fort Lauderdale.

Berger Commercial Realty brokers Joseph Byrnes and Keith Graves negotiated the lease to the newspaper publishing company and subsidiary of The Tribune Publishing Company.

The building, located at 3573-3575 Northwest 53rd St., has office and warehouse space, loading docks and 22-foot ceilings, according to a news release. – Katherine Kallergis
