Miami-Dade commissioners to vote on Kendall apartments

Miami-Dade commissioners will vote Dec. 16 on a proposed 248-unit apartment project in Kendall.

Green Turtle Club’s apartments would occupy a 17.1-acre site on the corner of Southwest 137th Avenue and Southwest 144th Street.

Developer Wynne Building Corp bought the site in 2012 for $6.9 million, according to the South Florida Business Journal.
