The Paramount Fort Lauderdale Beach luxury condo project will break ground today.

The 95-unit tower will be built on the site of a former Howard Johnson hotel. Condos start at $1.2 million and range from 1,930 square feet to 3,477 square feet, according to a published report.

The ceremony, at 701 North Atlantic Boulevard, starts at noon with Mayor Jack Seiler and developers Art Falcone, Nitin Motwani and Daniel Kodsi, the South Florida Business Journal reported. [South Florida Business Journal] – Katherine Kallergis
