Melo Group hits milestones on two downtown Miami towers

The Melo Group is reaching new heights.

The residential developer topped off its 165-unit Bay House tower and reached $200 million in preconstruction sales on its 647-unit downtown Miami tower, Aria on the Bay, according to a press release.

Bay House, located at 600 northeast 27th Avenue in East Edgewater, topped off construction at 38 stories. Once it’s completed, the tower will be the 14th project overall in the downtown Miami area.

Construction for the 53-story Aria on the Bay tower, located at 1770 North Bayshore Drive, will begin early next year and is set to be complete in 2017. — Katherine Kallergis
