A lakefront mansion with 40 chandeliers was recently listed for $30 million, making it the most expensive house on the market in Palm Beach Gardens.

The 16,000-square-foot Palazzio Grande has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, two half-baths and is located at 5435 Sea Biscuit Road in Steeple Chase. Coldwell Banker’s William P.D. Pierce has the listing for the 16th-century-inspired home.

Out of the 40 chandeliers, 20 are Czechoslovakian crystal and four are gold-leafed Russian. The house features a ballroom big enough for 75 people, hand-carved wood ceilings and doors, and a separate guest house, according to a news release.

“As you enter Palazzo Grande, it’s as if you have been transported from Palm Beach to an old world Italian villa. The level of details, exquisite materials and custom design is refreshing and very unique for a modern home,” Pierce said in a press release. “The beauty and craftsmanship of old world combined with modern amenities make this property one of a kind in today’s market.”
