Priciest home listings in the tri-county area this week

The top three most expensive listings to hit each of the tri-county real estate markets – Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach – over the past week ranged from $3.5 million to $35 million, according to Zillow data. Miami-Dade had the priciest property and a Parkland house in Broward County was on the low end.

Miami-Dade

252 Bal Bay Drive in Bal Harbour

#1 World-famous architect Chad Oppenheim designed this eight-bedroom, eight-bathroom house at 252 Bal Bay Drive in Bal Harbour. Douglas Elliman’s Oren Alexander has the listing for the 12,000-square-foot house, which is on the market for a whopping $35 million.

2700 North Bay Road in Miami Beach

#2 A waterfront mansion at 2700 North Bay Road in Miami Beach is on the market for $19 million. The 11-bedroom, 13-bathroom estate is on a 27,000-square-foot lot, which was last sold in January 2006 for $5.3 million.

555 Leucadendra Drive in Coral Gables

#3 555 Leucadendra Drive, an estate in Coral Gables, is on the market for $18.75 million, The Real Deal has learned. The 10,220-square-foot house is on a three-acre lot near Old Cutler Road in Gables Estates. Judy Zeder and Howard Wolofsky have the listing for this six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom home.

Palm Beach

378 East Alexander Palm Road in Boca Raton

#1 An intracoastal mansion in Boca Raton was listed for $12.5 million. The seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom home at 378 East Alexander Palm Road has 11,492 square feet. It was last sold in October 1981 for $925,000. Premier Estate Properties has the listing for the property, which is going for $1,087 per square foot.

353 East Coconut Palm Road in Boca Raton

#2 A nearby home at 353 East Coconut Palm Road in Boca was also put on the market. David Roberts of Royal Palm Properties has the listing. The property was last sold in March 2011 for $2.45 million and it’s on the market now for $7.95 million.

16201 Quiet Vista Circle in Delray Beach

#3 A 2.53-acre estate in Delray Beach was listed for $6.3 million. The 10,560-square-foot house at 16201 Quiet Vista Circle was last sold for $4.6 million in July 2005. It has six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms.

3200 North Ocean Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale

#1 A condo at L’Hermitage in Fort Lauderdale was listed for $4 million. The unit at 3200 North Ocean Boulevard has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and 3,000 square feet. Sandra Post is the listing agent. The condo building was built in 1998.
