Comcast to lease office space in West Palm Beach

Comcast will be leasing office space at a West Palm Beach office center.

The media giant will occupy the 11,500-square-foot space at 1700 Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard on May 1.

The property was built in 1988 and was recently acquired by Breaker Capital from DRA Advisors. CBRE Group arranged the lease. 

The 11-story office building is now 91 percent leased, according to a news release. Other tenants include the Internal Revenue Service, Valley National Bank and Uniters North America. — Kristina Puga
