Miami-Dade to review plans for two resi developments

The Miami-Dade County Commission will reportedly review requests for changes to two developers’ residential plans.

OROT Flagler, managed by Château Group principal Manuel Grosskopf, wants to build up to 240 multi-family units on the corner of Southwest Fourth Street and Southwest 92nd Avenue.

The development would sit on a 9.6-acre site, according to a published report.

The second application for a 9-acre single-family home community in Southwest Miami-Dade was submitted by George and Rosemary Busher, the South Florida Business Journal reported. Up to 118 homes could be built on the site. [South Florida Business Journal] — Katherine Kallergis
