Terreno Realty buys industrial property near Miami International Airport

Terreno Realty purchased an industrial property in Miami’s Airport West market, according to Cushman & Wakefield, which brokered the sale.

ProCom Properties sold the 107,000-square-foot-warehouse, located at 10100 NW 25th Street. CGI Windows & Doors is the warehouse’s only tenant.

Cushman & Wakefield Executive Director Wayne Ramoski and Senior Associate Gian Rodriguez handled both sides of the deal, according to a news release.

The property marks Terreno Realty’s fourth industrial purchase in the area since 2013, with the first three properties located in Medley. The corporation owns 133 buildings throughout Los Angeles, New Jersey, New York City, Miami, Seattle, Washington D.C. and Baltimore.

“The Airport West-Doral submarket continues to be South Florida’s most valued market,” said Ramoski in a statement. “Terreno is a savvy investor whose criteria marries today’s economics with future value growth.” — Sean Stewart-Muniz
