The 11-building office park will also get new landscaping, Wi-Fi throughout its 45 acres and a shuttle to and from Miami International Airport. The park at 7200-7665 Corporate Center Drive is one of the largest in the Airport West sub-market, according to a release.

CBRE is including its 5-Star Worldwide services package for the office park, include concierges, web portals for tenants and memberships at affiliated businesses abroad, according to a release.

“A new kind of workplace experience just landed in MIA,” said Diana Parker, senior vice president of CBRE. “The introduction of the 5-Star Worldwide program to Miami’s office tenant community is truly a game changer. This is CBRE Global Investors’ first foray into Miami’s suburban office market, so they are distinguishing themselves by offering tenants an unparalleled business experience and an unmatched suite of services. — Sean Stewart-Muniz
