Priciest home listings in the tri-county area this week

The top three most expensive listings to hit each of the tri-county real estate markets — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach — over the past week ranged from $5.5 million to $47 million, according to Zillow data. Palm Beach had the priciest property and a Fort Lauderdale house in Broward County was on the low end.

Miami-Dade

#1 An eight-bedroom, 10-and-a-half bathroom waterfront mansion was listed for $30 million. The 9,904-square-foot house at 2305 Lake Avenue in Miami Beach has 160 feet of water frontage and was built in 2001. Capital International Realty’s Yvan Martinez Rengifo has the listing.

#2 Enrique Iglesias’ former home Miami Beach home was listed for $25 million. The 6,300-square-foot mansion has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Coldwell Banker’s William P.D. Pierce has the listing for 1771 North View Drive on Sunset Island 1.

#3 A Golden Beach home at 641 Ocean Boulevard is on the market for $23 million. The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom house is in a gated community and was built in 2002. The 9,882-square-foot estate was last sold in November 2012 for $12.8 million.

Palm Beach

#1 Corcoran’s Paulette Koch has the listing for this 13,773-square-foot home — on the market for $47 million. The six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom estate at 100 Casa Bendita has 203 feet of water frontage. The property was last sold in September 1995 for $4.15 million.

#2 A Highland Beach house at 2435 South Ocean Boulevard was listed for $15 million. The 19,806-square-foot home has seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. The property includes koi ponds, waterfalls and manicured lawns. Ocean Estate Properties’ Beverly Knight has the listing.

#3 Hamptons developer Joseph Farrell built the house at 1730 Lands End Road in Lantana, on the market for $10 million. The six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home has 9,763 square feet and water views. William Quigley of Fite Shavell & Associates has the listing.

Broward

#1 Florida Luxurious Properties’ Julie Jones Bernard has the listing for 811 Poinciana Drive in Fort Lauderdale. The five-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom house is on the market for $5.8 million. It has 6,636 square feet, a media room, wine cellar and “crisp white” gourmet kitchen, according to the listing.

#2 A five-bedroom, six-bathroom Fort Lauderdale house is on the market for $5.35 million. The property, at 301 San Marco Drive, was last sold in July 2013 for $1 million. It has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and 5,850 square feet.

#3 Terrace features such as an outdoor fireplace, mosaic pool, summer kitchen and a wet bar are part of a five-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom Fort Lauderdale house, on the market for $4.5 million. The 6,328-square-foot home at 2543 Mercedes Drive is on the water and was last sold in December 2012 for $3.5 million. Florida Luxurious Properties’ Julie Jones Bernard has the listing.
