Developer Emerald Homes has announced eight new floor plans for its Palm Beach Polo & Country Club community in Wellington.

The developer announced Monday that it is building eight show homes in the newly dubbed Estates of Hunter’s Chase at 11199 Polo Club Road. Residents can choose from these floor plans while the community is still under development.

Prices start at $749,990. Floor plans range from 2,412 square feet to 4,690 square feet and optional amenities include golf cart garages, libraries, lofts, covered balconies, wet bars, first floor master suites, second floor VIP suites and cabana baths. Several of the show homes have already been completed and decorated with designer furniture, and the developer will sell them as-is at the buyer’s request, according to a release.

The community has two golf courses, practice greens, 11 polo fields, a golf house and shop, and 10 tennis courts. — Sean Stewart-Muniz
