Sinai Residences in Boca Raton celebrated its topping off recently.

The retirement and assisted living community, developed by Dallas, Texas-based Greenbrier Development and designed by Perkins-Eastman Architects, is scheduled to open at the end of this year, according to a press release.

Developers, H.J. Sims & Co. investment bankers, future residents and members of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County attended the topping off. Suffolk Construction is building the $250 million project.

Floor plans range from one to two bedrooms with terrace and breakfast nook options, according to the development’s website. The sales center is located at 21090 St. Andrews Boulevard, Suite 1, in Boca Raton. — Katherine Kallergis
