Sieber International, a real estate firm focused on foreign buyers interested in the U.S., has launched a new branch aimed at Miami locals.

The division, Sieber International Realty, is an effort by company founder Ruedi Sieber to cover all of his bases, including the local market, he told The Real Deal.

His firm has offices in South America, Europe and main locations in New York and Miami.

“We mainly work in foreign countries offering New York and Miami to the world,” Sieber told TRD. “There’s a lot of business in the local market, and you can’t be everywhere at the same time.”

The branch is located on the 14th floor of 1221 Brickell Avenue in Miami’s financial district. It covers the same services as the parent company — advising on everything from financing and taxes to purchasing, managing and renting a property.

Ruedi said the branch will target high-net-worth clients and work primarily with luxury properties.

Oliver Ruiz heads the Miami office, which has 17 agents. Ruiz previously worked for Fortune International Realty and Douglas Elliman in Miami.

Although Sieber said he plans on growing the branch to Miami Beach and Brickell, he wants to keep the boutique experience of a smaller team for the time being.

Sieber International has sold units in projects like Park Grove, a luxury condo development in Coconut Grove, and 1 Hotel & Homes, a hotel and condominium development in South Beach  .
