Fendi Château penthouse up for sale at $25M

A two-story penthouse at the upcoming Fendi Château Residences in Surfside has been listed for sale at $25 million, the developers announced Monday.

The 7,000-square-foot residence has five bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms, 2,000 square feet of terraces and a rooftop pool.

Venegas International Group, the project’s exclusive listing agency, is marketing the unit.

“We are excited to reveal this exclusive penthouse residence at Fendi Château Residences, which offers refined living in Fendi’s first branded condominium project in the world,” said Manuel Grosskopf, chairman and CEO of Château Group, in a statement. “The penthouse residence is located on the southeastern corner of the building and offers extraordinary and unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway, in addition to expansive interior space and a rooftop terrace with a pool.”

Located at 9365 Collins Avenue, the 12-story building is being developed by Fendi and Château Group.

The project is slated to be completed in 2016. It will have 58 units ranging in size from 3,300 square feet to 7,000 square feet.

The developers announced their last sales milestone in February when 70 percent of the project’s units were under contract. It is currently 75 percent sold, according to the release. — Sean Stewart-Muniz
