PHOTOS: On the scene at CIASF’s first awards gala

The Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida held its first awards ceremony last week honoring top performers in commercial real estate.

The “Not Your Usual Awards Gala” highlighted the year’s top office and industrial sales and leases, as well as the Peanut Award for smallest transaction. The gala also awarded Michael Silver, first vice president of CBRE, recognition for lifetime achievement in the industry.

About 150 people attended the ceremony at the Douglas Entrance in Coral Gables.

CIASF releases annual industrial market reports and office market reports, which focus on trends and deals involving the development, design, construction, sale, and leasing of commercial real estate.
