Priciest home listings in the tri-county area this week

The top three most expensive listings to hit each of the tri-county real estate markets — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach — over the past week ranged from $4.3 million to $18.5 million, according to Zillow data. Palm Beach had the priciest property and a Fort Lauderdale home in Broward County was on the low end.

Miami-Dade

#1 Rapper Lil Wayne put his La Gorce Island mansion on the market for $18 million. The nine-bedroom, 10-bathroom Miami Beach home was built in 2004 and includes a pool, glass elevator and 120 feet of bay frontage. Ty Forkner of South Beach International Realty has the listing for 94 La Gorce Circle, a three-story, 15,000-square-foot mansion. Lil Wayne paid $11.6 million for the property in August 2011.

#2 Real estate and marketing powerhouse Louise M. Sunshine is listing her two-story, 6,400-square-foot penthouse in the Grand Venetian for $11.75 million. Penthouse 3 was originally two units. Coldwell Banker’s Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg are marketing the six-bedroom, six-bathroom home, which includes three outdoor terraces, a pneumatic elevator, bay views and marble floors. Sunshine paid more than $4 million for both units at 10 Venetian Way in August 2013.

#3 A 1.3-acre estate in Miami was listed for $9.8 million. The nine-bedroom, 13-bathroom mansion at 5801 Moss Ranch Road has 15,704 square feet. Gladys “Gigi” Zunjic of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing. The property last sold November 2008 for $940,000, and the home was built in 2014.

Palm Beach

#1 Smith & Moore designed the 10,320-square-foot lakefront home at 121 Palm Bay Terrace. The eight-bedroom, eight-bathroom home is on the market for $18.5 million. Michelle Newman of Illustrated Properties has the listing for the property, which includes a a guest house, two cabanas and a dock.

#2 A six-bedroom and nine-bathroom house at 255 Clarke Avenue in Palm Beach is on the market for $13.95 million. The John Volk-designed home has 7,198 square feet and sits on a 1-acre lot. It last sold in July 2013 for $10 million. Linda Olsson with Linda Olsson Inc. has the listing.

#3 Elizabeth Hoadley of Oceanfront Real Estate has the listing for 1048 South Ocean Boulevard. The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom house has 6,676 square feet and last sold in 1994 for $1.13 million. It’s on the market for $10.4 million.

Broward

#1 A Hollywood condo at 3535 South Ocean Drive is on the market for $4.95 million. The four-bedroom, six-bathroom unit last sold in March 2011 for $2.6 million. Bozena Kaluza of Diplomat International Realty has the listing for unit 2703, which has 7,500 square feet.

#2 Premier Estate Properties’ Rory Vanucchi has the listing for 1736 Southeast 10th Street. The four-bedroom, five-bedroom house in Fort Lauderdale was built in 1991 and is on the market for $4.8 million. The property last sold in 1988 for $225,000. It has 5,120 square feet.

#3 A six-bedroom, four-bathroom Fort Lauderdale house was listed for $4.3 million. The 3,900-square-foot house at 2421 Southwest 46th Avenue is located on a freshwater spring lake for water skiing and water sports. Samuel Lorch of RE/MAX Direct has the listing.
