Muse, developed by PMG and S2 Development, brought art and real estate together at their sales office in Sunny Isles Beach recently.

The event featured art by French glass designer Lalique, known for vases, jewelry, chandeliers and clocks. The Lalique exhibition of glass pieces of art will be at the Muse Residences sales gallery through May 29.

Muse, at 17100 Collins Avenue, will have 68 condos, which includes two full-floor penthouses designed by Carlos Ott. Amenities will include a gym, spa, cooled storage, a private beach club, an infinity pool and 24-hour valet.

In July 2014, the planned 47-story condo tower began converting refundable buyer reservations starting at $100,000 into nonrefundable presale contracts, with purchase prices totaling in the millions of dollars. — Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
