Paulette Koch top residential agent in Florida

Palm Beach broker associate Paulette Koch of The Corcoran Group was the top-ranked Florida agent with $233 million of sales volume last year, according to an annual survey published by the Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends, a residential real estate publishing company.

According to the survey, Koch ranked 21st nationwide in 2014 sales volume. Her average sale price last year was $5.5 million. She has been a Palm Beach residential real estate agent for more than 25 years and works with her son Dana Koch, who is also an agent of Corcoran,according to the brokerage firm’s website.

Two other South Florida agents of Corcoran were in the national listing of the 1,000 most active residential real estate agents last year: Jim McCann ranked 85th and Candace Fris 123rd.
