Skanska USA promoted MacAdam “Mac” Glinn to account manager and senior vice president for its South Florida operations. Glinn will lead Skanska’s growth in South Florida, support existing client relationships and oversee operational performance. Prior to this role, Glinn served as senior vice president and National Aviation Director for Skanska, leading the company’s aviation construction in North America.

He has also served as part of Skanska’s Aviation Center of Excellence, which provides sales and marketing support, industry knowledge, training, and strategic development to local Skanska teams across the country.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty hired Cindy Warren as the new assistant manager for the Lakewood Ranch Branch sales office in Lakewood Ranch. Warren has more than 28 years of industry experience with nearly 12 years in brokerage management. She was previously with WCI Communities, Keller Williams Realty and Wagner Realty.

Berkshire Hathaway also hired Cheryl Bosa as a licensed real estate sales professional. Bosa, formerly of Coldwell Banker Previews – Las Olas, has been a licensed Florida Realtor since 2009 and will work in the company’s Fort Lauderdale Southeast Branch sales office.

Martha Tabarly was hired as a sales executive at Terrazas Miami. Tabarly has experience working with international investors and buyers, and has been working in the South Florida real estate market for more than 13 years.
