Coldwell Banker to open residential office in Brickell

Coldwell Banker’s residential real estate division is gearing up to open its newest office in the booming Brickell area.

The brokerage will open its office at 35 Southeast 9th Street in October of this year. About 35 sales associates will be stationed there, and the company said it has already begun scouting out other Realtors to bring onboard as affiliates.

The three-story building will include a first-floor sales center with Coldwell Banker’s listings throughout the state, plus a contemporary office suite on the third floor.

This will be the 21st residential office Coldwell Banker has opened in the Southeast. Its locations in Miami-Dade County include Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, Aventura, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest, Coral Gables and Kendall.

“Brickell is an important piece in our strategy for the Miami market,” Duff Rubin, regional senior vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, said in a statement. “While we have comprehensive coverage surrounding the area, we wanted to have a strong local presence right in the heart of Brickell to capitalize on the booming construction, and the entry of many fine retailers that are leasing space at the nearby Brickell City Centre. Dianne Regalado and Nancy Klock Corey, branch managers of the Key Biscayne and Miami Beach offices, respectively, will head the new location. — Sean Stewart-Muniz
