Derek Wassink, Marc Coleman and Marisela Cisneros

International engineering firm Thornton Tomasetti hired Derek A. Wassink at its Fort Lauderdale office. Wassink is now a vice president in the Structural Engineering practice. Prior to joining Thornton Tomasetti, he was president of the structural engineering group at TRC Worldwide Engineering in Fort Lauderdale.

Marc S. Coleman joined One Real Estate Investment as president of development. Coleman has more than 25 years of experience in development and construction. He was previously senior vice president at the Related Group, where he oversaw the development of more than $1.2 billion in luxury condominiums in Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, and Fort Lauderdale.

One Sotheby’s International Realty promoted Marisela Cisneros as office manager of the company’s Coral Gables and Key Biscayne branches. Cisneros has been working at One Sotheby’s since 2008, and was previously director of sales and relocations. — Katherine Kallergis
