Cushman & Wakefield Director John K. Criddle, Executive Director Richard Etner, Executive Director Christopher Metzger, and Senior Director Christopher Thomson represented J.P.Morgan, the owner of the property, in the transaction. Pompano Business Center is at 2028 Northwest 25th Street in Pompano Beach.

Sitel, based in Nashville, is training 350 new employees in the space and plans to go on-line next month. The company said it expects to create more than 1,000 new jobs in the facility by this time next year.

“This transaction is just another testament to the strengthening office market in Broward County,” Criddle said in a statement. “Sitel has been aggressively pursuing growth in the state of Florida, announcing plans to create 2,000 new jobs in the past two months alone.
