A BankUnited bank branch in Pompano Beach has sold for $5.8 million, according to Broward County records.

An affiliate of Rosemurgy Properties, a Deerfield Beach-based commercial real estate development, investment and management firm, sold the 20,284-square-foot property to Free Experience Inc.

The property, at 2100 East Atlantic Boulevard, includes a 3,844-square-foot building, where BankUnited is a tenant, and a paved parking lot. The last recorded sale was in 2012 for $115,000, according to Broward County property records. Alexander S.
