Steinberg, Heiberger join panel at TRD’s SoFla showcase

Leonard Steinberg, president of Compass, and Andrew Heiberger, co-founder and co-chairman of Town Residential, have confirmed their participation on the “New to Miami” panel at The Real Deal’s Oct. 15 showcase in Miami.

The panel will also include Peter Fine, president of To Better Days Development, and Ryan Serhant, broker at Nest Seekers International and star of Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York.”

The four New York-based participants on the panel have all recently launched businesses or major projects in South Florida. The panel will look look at what the out-of-towners bring to the South Florida market and discuss their plans and outlook for the region.

The show, which attracts the top developers and brokers in South Florida, will also feature a “Miami development” panel, a “Battle of the neighborhoods” panel, shorter discussion sessions and a showcase of more than 30 sponsor developments.
