Following news that Fortune International Group and London-based Savills have formed a partnership, the firms have tapped Monte Levin and Gary Lazarus as directors of sales and business development, The Real Deal has learned.

Levin and Lazarus were brought on to manage the new relationship between Savills and Fortune in South Florida. The couple has worked together in Boston and before that, in South Africa as the No. 1 Realtor team out of 3,500 agents. Savills, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange, has more than 600 offices and 30,000 employees in Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, North and South America and the Middle East. Fortune’s projects in South Florida include Jade Signature, the Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach and Auberge Beach Residences & Spa.

CBRE promoted Mary Jo Eaton to president of Florida and Latin America. Eaton has been with CBRE Florida since 2011 and is now responsible for 18 offices and four affiliates. Before that, she was managing director of CBRE’s Baltimore office.

John Sokolowsky joined Fort Lauderdale-based Brenner Real Estate Group as a commercial associate. Sokolowsky was previously an intermediary of VR Business Brokers M&A in Boca Raton.

Adonel Concrete tapped Deyanirhah Montalvan as general manager of its first block plant in West Palm Beach. The facility is one of 12 in South Florida and produces up to 30,000 blocks per day. – Katherine Kallergis
