A waterfront, 7,140-square-foot home in Miami Beach’s Sunset Islands has hit the market for nearly $8.5 million, The Real Deal has learned.

The five-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom residence features 75 feet of water frontage, a dock, green space and heated pool, according to ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, the brokerage listing the home at 1833 West 24th Street.

It was built in 1985, and features an open floor plan, two stories, and wood and marble flooring, according to ONE Sotheby’s. Albert Justo and Mirce (Miki) Curkoski are the listing agents. The home is on Sunset Island 3.

“A lot of New York buyers like this area because it’s within walking distance to Lincoln Road, Purdy Lounge,” Justo told TRD.

BLM Investments LLC owns the 13,125-square-foot property, Miami-Dade County records show. The LLC, led by Donald Lawson of Miami Beach, paid $4.5 million for it in 2005. – Katherine Kallergis
