Bulk condo sale fetches about $70,000 per unit

Commercial real estate brokerage Marcus & Millichap announced a bulk sale of Tampa condos for a bit less than $70,000 per unit.

Marcus & Millichap represented the seller of 332 of the 368 units at
the Azzure Condominium complex in Tampa for a total of $23.15 million.

Azzure was built in 1972 and underwent extensive renovations in 2000 and 2006. The condominium complex is located on a 24-acre waterfront site at 8505 Lincoln Cove Drive in the Carrollwood
community in Tampa.

According to Marcus & Millichap, Azzure units average more than 1,000 square feet. There are six different floor plans in one-, two- and three-bedroom designs.

Amenities include two swimming pools, a lakefront Jacuzzi pool, clubhouse and fitness center. There is a walking path and two fishing docks along the 16-acre lake.
