Florida East Coast Realty and the Beacon Council recently hosted an information technology panel for the commercial real estate industry.

FECR, which developed 2020 Ponce, along with the Beacon Council’s technology committee, held the panel at the seven-story building in downtown Coral Gables. Participants included Donna Abood, chair of the Beacon Council; Larry Williams, president and CEO of the Beacon Council; Kevin M. Levy of Gray Robinson P.A.; Nelson Fonseca of Medina Capital; Rick Mancinelli of C3/Cloud Computing Concepts; and Scott Haugland of Miami Data Vault.

2020 Ponce, in Coral Gables, includes ground floor retail and a six-story parking garage. FECR first opened the 130,000-square-foot building in 2009 with for-sale office space, but later shifted to leasing.
