Cushman & Wakefield hired Tyler Reynolds as an associate in the firm’s Miami office, joining its tenant advisory group team of senior director Tony Jones and senior associate Ryan Levy. The team specializes in representing office tenants throughout South Florida.

Reynolds was previously an investment analyst with JLL’s Florida Capital Markets Group, where he produced financial modeling for more than $250 million in transactions. His clients have included Blackrock, Goldman Sachs, Invesco, LaSalle and MetLife.

First International Title tapped Darryl Tyson as its new senior vice president of the company’s national division. Tyson has more than 30 years of experience in the title insurance industry, and will oversee the firm’s expansion.

Suffolk Construction hired Abner Victor as a compliance officer for the southeast region.Victor will work with project teams and trade partners at All Aboard Florida’s MiamiCentral Station and the mall at Miami Worldcenter.

Victor was previously a contractor’s specialist for CRC Leadership, where he was responsible for providing project management support and relationship development.

Beacon Hill Property Group has made three new hires: EJ Martinez as manager of investment sales and government projects, Etienne Sabino as a leasing and investment sales associate, and Jeremy Hebert, as a manager of leasing and investment sales. – Katherine Kallergis
