Pulte Homes opened its new Clubview model at the  verdant Copperleaf community in Palm City, where 43 percent of the acreage is set aside for lakes, wetlands and nature preserves.

The Clubview model has 3,078 square feet of living space and features a den, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a three-car garage and a customized pool area. Finishes include porcelain tile floors in the main living areas and  oak floors in the master bedroom and den, maple kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops and brushed nickel Moen faucets.

Copperleaf homes are built on lots measuring one-third of an acre. Pulte offers nine designs of one-story and two-story homes with two to five bathrooms, three to six bedrooms, a two-car or three-car garage and living areas totaling 2,063 square feet to 3,348 square feet. Prices range from the high $200,000s to the $500,000s.

Shared amenities at Copperleaf include a 5,000-square-foot clubhouse with a fireplace and catering kitchen, fitness room, lighted tennis court, and resort-style swimming pool.
