Movers & Shakers: Colliers taps new senior VP for Fort Lauderdale…and more

Jarred M. Goodstein left CBRE and joined Colliers International South Florida as a senior vice president in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office.

Goodstein, who specializes in office leasing and sales, has completed more than 5 million square feet of lease and sale transactions valued at more than $400 million. Goodstein has worked with clients that include Invesco Realty Advisors, which recently sold a Plantation multifamily property for $74 million, RREEF, TA Associates Realty and Space Coast Credit Union.

Last year, Colliers announced it was relocating and expanding its South Florida offices, including a move for the Fort Lauderdale branch.

Cushman & Wakefield hired Michael H. Feldman as a director in the brokerage’s West Palm Beach office. Feldman joins Cushman & Wakefield from Aurum Property Partners, and before that from AW Property Company. Feldman will be responsible for the leasing and sale of medical and professional office properties in South Florida.

Commercial real estate firm NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. hired Peter H. Chinnock as a senior associate. Chinnock previously worked for Penn Florida Realty Corp. and Stiles Corp. His clients include IBM, AutoNation and American General Life Insurance. – Katherine Kallergis
