PHOTOS: On the scene at Rexmere Village’s Davie sales launch

Rexmere Village, a residential community in Davie, launched a new luxury line that starts at about $200,000.

The event, which was held at the village, 615 Southwest 117th Way, included a tour of a model home. The new series will range from 1,580 square feet to 2,500 square feet, and include upgrade options like modern open kitchens, custom lighting, covered exterior spaces, double hung wall ovens, built-in wine dispensers and spa-like bathrooms, according to a press release.

During the recession, Rexmere Village sold three-bedroom, two-bath model homes starting at nearly $60,000.
