PHOTOS: On the scene at Turnberry Ocean Club’s $5M sales gallery

Turnberry Associates unveiled its high-tech, $5 million Turnberry Ocean Club sales gallery at a private event for brokers.

The 9,000-square-foot gallery, at 215 185th Street in Sunny Isles Beach features a 10-foot scale model and a fully furnished three-bedroom model unit. Chef Michael Mina of Bourbon Steak catered the event, which included architects Carlos Zapata and Robert Swerdroe, as well as about 300 brokers.

Turnberry Ocean Club will have 154 units ranging from about $4 million to $35 million. The development will have six floors of amenities, including a $100 million Sky Club with cantilevered “sunrise” and “sunset” infinity-edge swimming pools suspended 333 feet above sea level, indoor and outdoor fitness centers, a blow-dry bar and nail salon, yoga and Pilates studios, a pet retreat, a pool bar, two restaurants, a 3,000-square-foot indoor and outdoor private dining area, and an an indoor and outdoor cocktail lounge. ONE Sotheby’s International Realty is leading sales of the luxury tower.
