Unitas Development Group held a private launch event with brokers and buyers at the sales gallery for Boulevard 57.

The project, in Miami’s Upper East Side near MiMo, will feature 105 units with residences ranging from 1,100 square feet to 4,600 square feet, as well 12 penthouses with rooftop pools and terraces.

Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, the eight-story building is geared to have “modern, contemporary architecture with touches of MiMo historical architecture,” developer Hector Torres previously said. Amenities will include an elevated pool deck with an infinity edge pool, hot tub, cabanas, grill and bar lounge, as well as a fitness center. ONE Sotheby’s International Realty is the project’s exclusive sales and marketing firm. Boulevard 57 has a completion date set for late 2017.

Prices will average $550 to $600 a square foot, Torres said last year. Below the residences will be 40,000 square feet of commercial space on Biscayne Boulevard for retail and restaurants, which is being leased by Chariff Realty Group.  – Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
