Former Cushman & Wakefield brokers Brian Smith and Audley Bosch joined JLL, the company announced on Thursday.

Smith and Bosch, an industrial brokerage team, made headlines for the 550,000-square-foot lease of NBCUniversal Telemundo’s new headquarters and studio campus in northwest Miami-Dade County. At Cushman & Wakefield, Smith was an executive director and Bosch was a senior director. Smith has handled more than $2 billion worth of transactions over the course of his career, according to a press release. Together, Smith and Bosch represent Prologis, among other clients.

JLL acquired Cresa South Florida in mid-December.

Meanwhile, Cushman & Wakefield hired Merritt Guistolisi in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. Guistolisi, a recent Florida Atlantic University graduate, will work on  market analysis, business development and client relations on Mark L. Pateman’s team.

Teresa Torres joined Amicon Construction Management as a senior vice president. Torres previously worked for JLL where she led the nationwide expansion program for Capital One’s cafe-bank concept. And before that, she was involved in the nationwide rebranding and renovation of 1,700 Washington Mutual Bank properties.

The Miami office of Carlton Fields brought on Cynthia Morales as counsel in the real property litigation practice group. Morales represents national title insurance underwriters, and focuses on insurance litigation and real estate disputes. She was previously with the law firm of Cohen Ruiz P.A.

Verity Mosquera is now a research and consulting manager at Colliers International South Florida. In her new job, Mosquera will monitor the global economy and its impact on South Florida commercial real estate. She was previously with the Washington Economics Group, where she worked on projects that include SkyRise Miami and All Aboard Florida.
