PHOTOS: On the scene at One Park Grove launch

Terra Group and the Related Group celebrated the launch of One Park Grove, the third and final Park Grove tower.

The developers hosted a talk with designer Will Meyer and restaurateur Michael Schwartz who will launch an eatery at the Coconut Grove project. The 3,500-square-foot space at the corner of Tigertail Avenue and Mary Street will open into the project’s 2-acre sculpture park designed by OMA/Rem Koolhaas.

Prices at One Park Grove, a 20-story tower with 64 units, range from $4 million for a three-bedroom to $8 million for a five-bedroom with a terrace. Terra and Related closed on $174 million in financing for the waterfront development in December.
