PMG sponsored the four-day festival to target potential buyers

New York-based Property Markets Group was a premier sponsor of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival this year, and kicked off the four-day event with “Italian Bites on the Beach” at the north venue.

PMG, which developed or is developing Echo Brickell, Muse, 300 Biscayne, and Echo Aventura, also hosted a private dinner with chef Masaharu Morimoto. Principal Ryan Shear previously told The Real Deal that PMG was targeting potential buyers at the festival and would use it as a test run to potentially sponsor the New York festival in the future.
