PHOTOS: On the scene at 327 Royal Palm’s groundbreaking

Group P6 has broken ground on 327 Royal Palm, a boutique luxury condo in Boca Raton.

The 25-unit project, at 327 East Royal Palm Road, includes units between 3,100 and nearly 7,000 square feet. Prices start at $1.6 million. As of December, it reached 50 percent sales. 327 Royal Palm, which is near Mizner Park, is expected to be completed by 2017.

Units feature open floor plans, kitchens with European cabinets, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and master bathrooms with Italian vanities and soaking tubs, according to a press release.

Group P6 is also active in Deerfield Beach, where it’s building the Elysian and the Fordham. Dick Building Company, based in Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, was tapped as the contractor for all three projects. – Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
