Suffolk tops off Minto condo project in Bradenton

Suffolk Construction topped off a 48-unit condo project in Bradenton developed by Minto Communities.

Construction is expected to be completed in summer.

Marina Walk Resort Villas in the Harbour Isle neighborhood of Bradenton is a 220-acre development almost entirely surrounded by water. It is bordered on the west by Anna Maria Sound and on the east by Perico Bayou.

The development comprises four condo buildings with 12 units each. The units range in size 1,483 square feet to 1,650 square feet. Common-area amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, shade pavilion and recreation area.

Suffolk Construction has become one of the largest construction management firms in the state since opening its Florida office in 1994.

Founded in 1955, Minto is a family-owned business that has grown into one of North America’s leading builders, with more than 70,000 homes built including 20,000 in Florida.
